Tour Itinerary

Day 1. Delhi Arrival
Our designated Explore India Vacations representative will pick you from the Delhi airport and drop you at the hotel where you will stay comfortable. Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 2. Delhi
After breakfast, you will set out for Delhi sightseeing. Enjoy a guided tour of the capital city and visit the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Qutub Minar, Humayun’s Tomb and the Lotus Temple. You will also enjoy a drive around the India Gate past the government buildings like the President’s House and Parliament. Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 3. Delhi – Agra
The next destination of the journey would be Agra- the city of love. On arrival at place you will be escorted to the hotel where you will relax and refresh yourself. Later, you will leave for a sightseeing trip of Agra to visit the places like the Jama Mosque, Moti Masjid, enormous Agra Fort, Mehtab Bagh and many more historical places. In the evening you will visit the iconic Taj Mahal- built by Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal- which stands tall as an epitome of love. Overnight stay in Agra.

Day 4. Agra – Jaipur
The heritage city of Jaipur would be your next stop as you travel from Agra by road. Here you would be dropped at the hotel for your restful stay. Rest of the day is at your Discretion so that you can kill the tiredness of the journey. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 5. Jaipur
Post breakfast you will set off for sightseeing of the Pink City. The majestic  Amer Fort built in 16th century comprising of both Hindu and Muslim culture is worth a visit. The 18th century heritage site Jantar Mantar, the Hawa Mahal comprising 953 jharokhas, the City Palace of Sawai Mansingh II- now royal residence and museum are the other tourist attractions that you will explore.  In the evening, return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6. Jaipur – Delhi
This morning after breakfast you will be driven to Delhi where rest of the day is at your discretion to either have rest or explore the crowded markets of Delhi. Overnight in Delhi.

Day 7. Delhi – Srinagar
On this day you will board the flight to Srinagar. Here you will enjoy the unique experience of staying in a houseboat called Shikara. While enjoying the Shikara ride in Dal Lake you will be mesmerized by nature’s bounty God has bestowed upon this land. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the houseboat.

Day 8. Srinagar
Post breakfast you will explore the splendid Mughal gardens of Srinagar comprising the Shalimar Bagh, Nishant bagh and Chashme-i-Shahi. Later you will visit the ancient Shankracharya Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Later visit the Roza Bal shrine, Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden and many more such tourist attractions. Return to the Shikara for the overnight stay.

Day 9. Srinagar – Sonmarg – Srinagar
On this day, you will leave for a full day excursion to picturesque Sonmarg- meadow of gold. The beauty of this place will leave you spellbound with its pictorial lakes and glaciers. You will visit places like the Thajiwas glaciers, Balatal valley and Krishnasar Lake. Return to Srinagar in the evening for overnight stay at the houseboat.

Day 10. Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar
Have breakfast and get ready for another full day excursion to Gulmarg hill station. It is a popular skiing destination and the world’s highest golf course is situated here. You will also enjoy Gondola ride which is a cable car ride from Gulmarg to Khalinmarg. Return to Srinagar in the evening. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 11. Srinagar – Pahalgham – Srinagar
On your last day in Srinagar, you will be driven to Pahalgam where you will explore the Sheshnaag Lake, Tulian Lake, Betaab Valley, etc. Return to Srinagar for the overnight stay.   

Day 12. Srinagar – Delhi
You will board a flight to Delhi from Srinagar, where you will board your onward destination flight.
